Cancellations made 90+ days before departure: 90% refund. Cancellations made 60-89 days before: 75% refund. Cancellations made less than 60 days before departure: no refund unless expedition is cancelled by us.

5. Travel Requirements

Participants are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, visas, and health certifications. We recommend travel insurance.

6. Health and Safety

Participants must disclose relevant health conditions and agree to follow safety guidelines provided by expedition leaders.

7. Liability Limitation

Expert Explorers Live's liability is limited to the cost of your expedition. Participants acknowledge inherent risks in adventure travel.

All expedition materials, including guides and educational content, are proprietary to Expert Explorers Live.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or other circumstances beyond our control.
